PLANNING
For the creation of a perfect product we start considerations and a logical tool concept already during the offer stage. From the beginning we fully involve our suppliers and thus avoid unnecessary disruptions.
As a first step we create a project analysis, taking into consideration all operation aspects. Depending on the size of the project and the wish of the customer we carry out mould-flow studies and simulate the total manufacturing unit with the appropriate tools. Thus, serious sources of error or complications already become visible at an early stage.
If there are any weak points, we will make suggestions for optimization and thus provide optimal preparation during this phase. This saves valuable time for the elaborate product development and any alternatives can be worked out easily without any delay.

For all processes during production we bear the full responsibility and assume the entire project management. This applies to tool making and to serial production of injection-moulded parts.

We are in daily contact with our partners, meticulously document every single step of production and ensure high quality in every detail. We inform our customers on relevant steps by providing test reports, photographs and documentations. Following tests under production conditions, each shot will be checked for any irregularities and saved on data carriers, so that manufacturing operations can therefore be reproduced at any time. INJECTION-MOULDING
During this last phase we produce injection-moulding sample parts and check whether the tool fulfills its function. After successful testing – and only then – the tools will be shipped.
